When you get a call from an apartment complex, it's normally a fire, a mold situation or a water loss. But sometimes, it's for an evicted tenant and there is a huge mess to clean up. This particular tenant was very vindictive upon learning that they were being ousted from their apartment and therefore just left trash, dirt, debris, and a myriad of other items laying all over the floor.  It caused a trip hazard for the maintenance people and also the managers who needed ingress and egress to the apartment itself.  Some of the bottles were open and caused liquids to leak all the way through the carpet causing more damage than initially thought.
